The fact of the matter is many of the biggest decisions that leave a long-lasting impact on our lives generally occur in our teens and twenties – college, career, marriage, moving out, handling finances, having children, and so on. Despite all the decision-making, this time of our lives doesn't have to be so confusing and anxiety-driven.
In her talk, Livi explains that a few mindset shifts and some intentional emotional development can eradicate so much of that unease and help young adults build the joyful, fulfilling future they deserve. Livi Redden is an author, speaker, and podcaster who guides teens and twenty-somethings on how to intentionally steer their lives through the power of emotional development, mindfulness, and accountability so they can live the fulfilling, joyful lives they deserve.

This video not only relates but also expands to the ted talk because it explains to us how we may come to a conclusion or decision based on things such as hunger, stress, or even sleep. The reason that this video correlates to the Ted Talk is because it also tells us how such decisions are important for us to make and that sleep is an important factor. This is because as we get older, we tend to get less sleep, especially in our twenties, due to things such as work, or school.

I disagree with @Ochoajos009 because there is certainly enough time to plan out the next ten years it can be done little by little or all at once in the period of a day. during your teen years may not be the best time to come up with a complex plan but it may be best to come up with a simple outline that is vague but precise enough to go along with it for the next ten years. what is planned matters so make sure that what you plan can only lead you to success, because only with time can you develop.

many people don't get the chance to have their life all planned out by their 20's and many don't get told what to be prepared for because what your parents went through in there 20's will be diffrent from yours leading to a decline in what knowledge is usable to you unlike how useful it was to your parents leading toa decline in being ready for what comes ahead after or even during college with some taking trade arts or even gap years resulting in worse mental health because they feel like they are falling behind compared to what their parents where doing at their age.

Open comment: what I really liked about this ted talk was the experience on different mindsets at different ages. I learned how life goes by and how life changes when you tend to get older. I liked how Livi included that harships many people tend to face when they are in their twenties. By doing this we can normalize that harships can have life long impacts no matter the age. I also how Livi helped reassure twenty year old's that its normal for anxiety during hardships. "How we train our brains now in our twenties truly matters when it comes to setting ourselves up for a less stressful and fulfilling life."

In this video we learn how when your twenties come right away after being a teenager and you are forced to mature very quickly. We learn that their are many things that we do not learn on our own and how it is very difficult becoming an adult. I chose this video because it talks about the mystery things no one tells you about once you start to grow up. https://youtu.be/AswWEe6OMgU?si=NEAil1fmU8gGlplT
