This video talks about the expansion about the transgender community and how it's being expanded. Many trans people have been able to participate in pageants and win the crown. By participating in these types of competitions they can be seen differently by others and it opens opportunities for them. They are being tough how to look presentable on stage. Some say it feels like their being compared to the rest of the participants. This also talks about the cosmetic clinics in Thailand have been becoming very popular among the people. Many of the trans people say this is a good thing for them because it helps them be more comfortable in their own skin. There are many people…

In response to @ordunemi001

I completely see your point about breaking stereotypes for women and promoting inclusivity, however, I believe the hundreds of years of reforms, protests and activism that women have done in order to finally be seen as an equal to their male counterpart, just to once again be outshined and be discredited by, once again, a man, is just unfair to me, all that fighting to once again be silenced by a person forcing themselves into a category that does not belong to them. I see how the beauty pageant is trying to promote and inspire the trans community something like "look, we can be exactly like women! we can wear dresses and heels, and…

Samata #18 Although I do agree and understand what you are saying I believe that all sorts of people should pursue what they like, and I believe that as an audience we should reserve our comments and respect other decisions in pursuing their hobbies. If these pageants are what some trans people enjoy, then they should be able to embrace that part of them. We shouldn't let these stereotypes affect these sorts of events and we should let trans people express themselves however they feel like. Even though for years women have been fighting to be seen as equal as men, these sorts of pageants should be a place in which all sorts of people can express themselves and be…

This video speaks about the topic of trans beauty pagents and peoples take on them. They go into detail of whether people are for it or against it. However, this isnt the inly topic relating to trans issues that has had addressing. Acknowledgement to VARGAKRI000: Your writing effectively makes the connection between the video and the cartoon, emphasizing the widespread problem of transphobia in a variety of settings. It's especially interesting how you analyze beauty pageants as an example of larger rejection by society. Through highlighting the possibility of creating spaces specifically for trans women, you emphasize the significance of community and representation. You make a powerful connection between fear and a lack of knowledge, as well as how prejudiced behaviors are a symptom of it. Your analysis emphasizes how important it is to create welcoming spaces where transgender people can grow and share their stories.

This video involves people who are transgender, and it can be a very controversial topic for a lot of people. This video reminds me of a movie titled "Transhood". In this movie, it involves 4 young people and their families as they navigate growing up transgender. Within the movie, one of the people is a girl named Leena wanted to be in the modeling industry. However, due to her being trans, she wasn't able to be in that business, and the people in the agency were transphobic. The connection within both the video and the movie was the hardships in the pursuit of dreams due to differences.
