This image connects with the segment because it talks about television, and how much time we spend watching shows. These two connect with each other because watching movies and shows impact how you feel about the topic. It sparks an idea or a thought you may have had before, and gives you a sense of purpose to do something about it. They bring up examples like the underground bunker with president Ronald Regan.

Reagan's belief in visiting the war room would secure the facility for crisis in decision-making and probably stemmed from his role as president. He was very interested in military affairs and had a history of acting. Reagan saw the visit as a chance to gain insights into national defense operations and demonstrate his commitment to protecting the nation. Such visits also served to boost morale among military personnel, highlighting the his support and involvement in matters of national security.

This podcast mainly talks about the effects that technology has had on humans and how it has impacted the way that we all act. Another segment that relates to this is "How to get motivated even when you don't feel like it" In that segment, extrinsic and intrinsic motivation factors are discussed. Extrinsic and intrinsic motivation factors are the motivation that we get to do something (Internal or not) Both the podcast and segment touch on the idea that we are only as good as our habits.

The graph supports to the weekend's podcast. It connects to the podcast because it demonstrates a valid point on how watching technology for a specific time can impact the way our society acts. "You are what you watch. " The podcast talked about how social media has benefited our society in a negative way. This relates o the graph because it shows how technology has impacted all ages in how they act. Techonology has also impacted our lifestyle by making us addicted to techonlogy and making us become more introverts.

The podcast mainly focuses on how as humans we pick up these tactics we watch listen or see and we inherit them. My question would be if we have research on people doing this why don't we act on it and focus more on why we pick these things to watch in the first place if we know we will end up inheriting these factor later on.
